Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to connect a café?

Integration and support are free: there is no subscription and no commission on orders from the café. The service fee is paid by the guest.

Do I need to open acquiring and sign a bank contract?

No. Payment is taken by a TBank terminal — you don't need to sign a separate bank contract, connect a terminal or pay a monthly fee for it. We register you as a partner in the bank's systems ourselves; from you we only need the account details.

When does the café receive the money for orders?

The bank transfers revenue to your current account by your details daily, for every calendar day, including weekends and holidays. The money does not pass through Hapny's account.

Do I need to change the cash register and issue receipts myself?

No. The receipt is issued by our cash register, with you named as the seller — your name and tax ID (INN). You don't need to run your own register for Hapny orders, and a second receipt for the same settlement must not be issued.

Does the guest need to download anything?

No. The menu opens in Telegram or in an ordinary browser — via the QR link on the counter or a link. The guest doesn't need to install an app.

Who manages the menu and prices?

The café. In the panel you can edit items, categories, prices, ingredients, add-ons and availability — the stop-list changes in a couple of clicks.

How does the barista know what to make?

The barista works with the order board: it shows new, in-progress and ready orders, and for each one the drink contents, number and wait time. The guest picks up the ready drink by code.

How long does launch take and can I start with part of the menu?

Launch takes one day. You can start with a limited menu — list only the popular items or drinks the team is ready to serve by pre-order.
