Payments & settlements
Usually connecting online payment means a separate bank contract, a terminal, a monthly fee and a second cash register. With Hapny there is none of that: the service takes the payment side and the cash register onto itself, and the revenue goes straight to the café.
No need to open acquiring
You don't need to sign a separate bank contract, connect a terminal or pay a monthly fee for it. Payment is taken by a TBank payment terminal: you connect to Hapny. We register you as a partner in the bank's systems ourselves — from you we only need the bank account details.
Revenue goes straight to you
The bank transfers revenue to your current account by your details daily, for every calendar day, including weekends and holidays. The money does not pass through Hapny's account.
This matters. Hapny is not an intermediary in the settlements: revenue is not held at the service and does not depend on its payout calendar — the bank pays you directly.
We take the cash register onto ourselves
The receipt for the order is issued by our cash register (KKT); the seller named on the receipt is you — your name and tax ID (INN). You don't need to run your own register for Hapny orders, and a second receipt for the same settlement must not be issued.
What the café needs to provide
What it costs the café
Integration and support are free. No subscription, no commission on orders from the café — the service fee is paid by the guest.
